Cancellation Policy
At Caroline & Co. we uphold a commitment to efficient scheduling and respect for our clients' time. To ensure the smooth operation of our services, we require a minimum of 24 hours' notice for appointment cancellations or rescheduling.
In the event that a cancellation occurs within 12 hours of the scheduled appointment, a nominal fee equivalent to half the appointment cost will be charged to mitigate any inconvenience caused. Additionally, failure to provide any notice or attendance will result in a charge for the full amount of the missed service.
Transfer Clients
In upholding our commitment to quality and safety, we are unable to work over another technician's work. If you have lash extensions from a non-licensed or unqualified person, and you're experiencing dissatisfaction or damage, we recommend scheduling a professional removal. After your removal we can assess the condition of your natural lashes & book for a Full Set of Lash Extensions.
Services for Minors
To ensure the safety and well-being of our younger clients, children under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian who will be required to sign our waiver and consent form before receiving any services.
3 Day Guarantee
We take pride in the quality of our work and are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with our services. Should you have any concerns or encounter any issues with your new lash extensions, we kindly ask that you reach out to us within three days of your appointment date. We will promptly arrange a follow-up consultation within the week to address and resolve any concerns.
Late Arrivals
To ensure the smooth operation of our schedule and out of respect for all our clients, we kindly request punctuality for your appointments. In the event of late arrival, your session may need to be shortened to accommodate other clients whose appointments follow yours.
Depending on the extent of lateness, your artist will assess if there is sufficient time to conduct the session or if rescheduling is necessary. Regardless, you will be responsible for the full amount of your scheduled session.
